what are pinchos?
Pinchos are defined as a small savory snack normally served with drinks at a bar, typically consisting of a piece of bread or pastry with a topping held in place by a toothpick. This concept from Spain is a fun way to have a cocktail hour at an event or at your home. We get our influence from Spanish cuisine, but often have a different creative twist.

served hot or cold and are normally smaller portions of a savory meal
